DELIVERY



USEFUL POSTAL INFORMATION
  • We despatch orders Monday - Friday, except bank holidays.
  • Orders are turnaround and despatched within 48hours. Exceptions are made for personalisation at busy periods, any delays will be notified on the website. 
  • We despatch currently to UK Mainland only
  • Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked if you choose the standard delivery option.
  • NOT AVAILABLE 7th - 10th October 2024 For next day 24 hr tracked delivery your order must be with us by 2 pm, Monday - Friday, orders received after 2pm will be processed as the following days order. Any order received after 2pm on a Friday through to Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) 
  • All deliveries can be tracked using the Royal Mail online tracking service track & trace Your unique tracking number will be detailed on your dispatch confirmation email. 
  • Next day 24-hour tracked delivery is only available for the UK mainland.
  • For European deliveries please allow 5 - 7 working days for your order to arrive. This service is currently unavailable.
  • For Rest Of World, USA deliveries please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to arrive. This service is currently unavailable.

 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation from us, with details of your order. 

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time scales, however we can not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control and we will keep you informed by email of any unexpected delay.
