PERSONALISED ITEMS
- Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved. Please contact our customer service click here or follow the returns process below.
NON-PERSONSALISED ITEMS
- You can return an item purchased from smallstuffaccessories.com within 30 days or receiving your order.
*Christmas orders - for all orders placed in December 2024 we have extended our returns policy to end 31st January 2025
- Return the item in the original unused condition with labels attached and repack where possible in the original packaging. Send to the returns address detailed below.

Returning Gift Sets/Bundles curated by us - return as a complete set for exchange or refund in an unused condition and all labels attached.
- Enclose a printed returns form detailing your order number (found on your order confirmation email), reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Click on the link below to print your returns form:

PRINTABLE RETURNS FORM
- Take your parcel to a Post Office and we recommend you use a signed for service and obtain a certificate of posting until your refund has been processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
Please ensure you enclose the returns form (above), or if not available, please give details of your order number, found on your order confirmation email, email address, product description and when you placed your order, this will make it easier to trace your order and process your refund quickly. Any orders returned without a returns form or any reference to your order may not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items to us. We recommend you use a signed for service second class and obtain a certificate of posting, keeping this safe until your refund has been processed.
If we accept your returns later than 30 days from date of which you received your order (we may, but are not required to) we will refund you by way of gift card. Please note this does not apply to items which are damaged or faulty when purchased from us, as detailed below.
If you have a prepaid returns label please attached this over the original shipping label.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
If your item (personalised or non-personalised) has arrived damaged or is faulty, please click here to email our Small Stuff team within 48 hrs of receiving your delivery. Please include photos of the damage/faulty item, your order number, item product code so we can trace your order easily. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first, as we will be unable to refund your postage costs.

POST OFFICE RETURNS
If your parcel is returned by Royal Mail due to non-collection and verified by Track and Trace, you will receive a refund but we will be unable to refund the postage costs.
